Metalworking lathe with automatic longitudinal feed. The spindle nose has a concentricity accuracy of ≤0.009 mm. The main spindle shaft is hardened and mounted on precision tapered roller bearings. The spindle nose is hardened to DIN 6350. The centering attachment is cylindrical . This is a very efficient and well-made product.

The lathe's prismatic bed is made of solid cast iron with reinforcing ribs , induction hardened, and precision ground. The bed guides are also hardened and ground. The rotating four-compartment tool holder is very convenient and practical. The lathe's control panel allows you to set the lathe's rotation in clockwise and counterclockwise directions . An easily readable digital display shows the lathe's rpm.

The lead screw is mounted on two bearings, and the lathe is equipped with a self-centering guard, with a concentric rotation accuracy of ≤0.04 mm. A wide range of thread pitches can be achieved thanks to the gear set. Changing the speed is achieved via V-belts, making it very simple and quick, as required by a high-productivity workshop. By moving the tailstock, conical turning can also be performed. The tailstock-quill and the handwheel with fine divisions are adjustable up to 0.02 mm.

For operator safety, the lathe is equipped with an emergency switch and a minimum voltage relay. The upper slide features a chip guard, which is necessary for all turning operations, regardless of the material being machined.
