If you want to buy more products ask us for a personalized quotation through the contact form, we always try to grant the most favorable conditions to each customer.
The product sheets are made using the official information of the producers. The technical data sheets and images, therefore, may differ from reality for small details: companies reserve the right to make improvements to their products without necessarily having to communicate it to distributors. We are always careful to keep up to date with the information we publish, but it may happen that some data is not fully compliant. The most common case is the colour change of the object. If you receive a product other than the expectations do not worry, contact us and we will solve the situation together. See Returns and complaints (point 11)
The forms of payment accepted are:
A) Bank transfer
This operation can involve a cost, which depends on the conditions that you have stipulated with your bank. Remember to indicate in the reason for the transfer the name of the person holding the order (the name with which you are registered on the site), the name of the object you are paying and the order number.

The order will be shipped the same day on which the transfer will be credited (from 1 day if the bank from which the transfer is made is part of the same circuit to 3/5 days for other banks).
B) By cash on delivery
Payment by cash on delivery is accepted in Italy only for orders that do not exceed the value of 500.00 euros for problems with the management of the service by the courier (the person in charge of withdrawing and returning this amount to us). The surcharge is 8.00 euros, as clearly communicated at the time of order. If you choose the cash on delivery it is advisable that you prepare the exact amount of money in cash because the driver who delivers the package is not required to have the change. If you want to pay by check, fill it in together with the courier to correctly enter the data of the recipient.
C) By credit card
The card payment system is the most immediate, as it takes place thanks to a secure and reliable digital platform for the transfer of money. For maximum transaction security, the payment is made without the transmission of your data to us: you will use your credit card or your account directly on the digital platform. In addition, this digital platform is a third party, a guarantor of the transfer of sums, making the payment of the product finally completed only at the delivery of the same. If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchases, please fill in your personal data sheet complete with all the data at the time of registration, or send them by e-mail to email@example.com. We try to satisfy all requests, but by legal procedure it is impossible to provide invoice to those who request it later than the date of purchase.
We carefully pack all products before shipping, using recycled material to limit the environmental impact of our business.
Shipping costs depend on the type of product and the destination of the goods. It may happen that after logging in or during the purchase process, if you change the delivery address, the shipping costs are recalculated. If you are buying a large machine, or a particularly heavy object, ask for a personalized quotation for the shipping cost. Contact Valentina using the form provided.
We have an agreement with several couriers to ship all over the world in a reasonable time and at reasonable prices. Most of the products you find on the site are delivered within Italy in 24 hours (48 for islands and areas difficult to reach). Deliveries are not expected on public holidays or at the weekend. The most delicate machine tools and equipment are shipped directly by the manufacturers, who guarantee ad hoc transport. We chose this solution because in this type of shipment the percentage of damage caused by the transport of goods is practically zero.
- Accept with reservation
Dinamitek entrusts the delivery of its products to the couriers who have proved to be the most reliable and punctual, to guarantee you an excellent service, from the first click to the arrival of the package at its destination. However, there may always be problems of any kind. We invite you to:
1) report any delays in the delivery of the item compared to the scheduled time.
2) ACCEPT WITH RESERVE if the packaging shows dents, tampering or signs that may suggest that the product may have suffered damage from transport. Take a picture of the packaging and the product as soon as it is opened. This material will be used as a testimony to the courier. In any case, we will make sure to compensate you for the damage on time, assessing whether it is appropriate to replace the object, send you spare parts or pay a refund.
All products on sale on Dinamitek are covered by a Legal Warranty, which covers a possible problem at the origin of the product. The warranty results in the replacement or repair of the object. At the time of purchase, a sales receipt is issued attesting the purchase and it is valid for warranty service. If you have lost your receipt, request a copy to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The guarantee is valid for 24 months in the case of goods consumer for private use, while coverage is reduced to 12 months in the case of goods that are instrumental to the exercise of one's business, commercial, craft or professional activity, where the VAT number is indicated (purchase with invoice).
- Returns and complaints
If the product you received does not satisfy you, contact us and explain the nature of your dissatisfaction. Together we will find the most suitable solution: we can replace the product or you can make a return and we will refund the amount spent. Please note that you can return the products and request a full refund only if the products are new, never used and in their original packaging. If the product has been used you can still return it, our technician will assess the status of the product and quantify the value of the same.
