The GS series pallet trucks are designed and produced in Italy to offer practical and efficient solutions for handling loads. The EVO line is the latest Pramac improvement, even more efficient and even safer. The handling of loads is now very quiet: the directional wheels and loading rollers are now both in non-marking polyurethane. The quality perceived by the operator is higher, making the work shift more bearable. The steel frame allows efficient use even in the most difficult applications. The pallet truck is versatile and easily maneuverable.
The handle has changed shape and has become ergonomic: the 3D shape improves the handling of heavy loads reducing operator fatigue. The fork controls are enclosed in a single lever, making the operator's task easier. This design is unique, this detail also improves the quality perceived by the user. The new ergonomics aims to change the position of the hands and arms of the operator, who will have the wrists in an ideal position during the push. This leads to less fatigue and lowers the risk of injury. To change the posture it was enough to widen the handles and insert them at an angle more favorable to the correct grip. To fully understand how much the rudder has improved, you have to try to maneuver the pallet truck in tight spaces: the ease with which you will transport the load will surprise you!
The new hydraulic unit with proportional descent valve allows safe handling of the load. This component is the most important for the pallet truck, from this we understand the quality of the product. The hydraulic unit of the Pramac pallet truck is completely designed and built in Italy: the pump body is machined on CNC numerical control machining centers for high precision tolerances

Let's see in detail the characteristics of the hydraulic pump.
• MONOLITHIC DESIGN. The pump body is made of cast iron with integrated oil tank. This design choice has a very specific reason: to protect all hydraulic elements from accidental damage.
• CHROMED PISTON AND SEALING GASKET. Elements inserted to avoid oxidation and prevent oil leaks during use.
• MAXIMUM PRESSURE VALVE: this is the new safety device that protects the pallet truck from overloads.
• PROPORTIONAL CONTROL VALVE: the lowering speed of the forks is proportional to the pressure the operator exerts on the control lever. Perfect work tool for handling fragile and delicate loads such as crystal, glass and ceramics.
A significant change is also found in the forks, which are now equipped with inlet and outlet rollers to be used easily even with pallets equipped with side slats.
The pallet truck is also very safe, thanks to the maximum pressure valve that automatically blocks the forks when the load capacity is exceeded. No structural damage to the pallet truck and no risk for the user and the load. The pallet truck is very resistant thanks to the special painting process: after the conditioning operation, it is painted with polyester powder at a temperature of 250 °. This treatment is specific to give maximum resistance to wear and atmospheric agents. A PRAMAC pallet truck lasts forever.
