JIB CRANE FIXED TO A BRACKET WITH AN ARM IN A TIE BEAM

Solution to adopt when it is not possible to install a steel column or you want to take advantage of the presence of a reinforced concrete pillar in the workplace. The crane beam is hinged to the pillar so that it can rotate. FOR ANCHORING, USE THE COUNTER BRACKETS FOR PILLARS, you can find them under accessories. The beam is supported by an upper tie rod which serves as a vertical rotation pin. The beam represents the runway where the translation unit anchored to the lifting unit slides. Respectively, the trolley and the hoist.

The handling of the load follows three moments: lifting, translation along the radial axis of rotation of the arm and rotation of the arm itself. The controlled work area, therefore, is delimited by the rotation radius of the arm.
