CANTILEVER BEAM JIB CRANE AS CARLO SAPORITI
JIB CRANE FIXED TO A BRACKET WITH CANTILEVER BEAM ARM
The jib crane is a structure formed by a beam which is hinged to the pillar, so that it can rotate. FOR ANCHORING, USE THE COUNTER BRACKETS FOR PILLARS, you can find them under accessories. The beam is the travel path of the traversing unit which in turn is connected to the lifting unit.
The columnless crane is fixed directly to a reinforced concrete pillar already present in the working environment.
The SAPORITI bracket crane is made up of an arm in normal steel profile and a bracket attachment which is where the crane and its rotation are fixed to the supporting structure. The bracket is adapted to the support pillar using special 8G screws and with brackets chosen for the specific case. For this reason it is recommended to contact the info@dinamitek.com customer service to evaluate the most suitable solution for the need of the case.
The structure, therefore, resolves the handling of the load in 3 actions: lifting, translation of the trolley and rotation of the arm. The crane lifts the load vertically via the hook of the lifting unit (hoist). The translation, by means of the translation unit-carriage, takes place along the radial axis of rotation of the arm, in an area delimited by the radius of rotation of the arm itself.
The travel unit and the lifting unit are not included with the crane: therefore, the trolley and the hoist are not included in the supply. The hoist can be purchased separately, the range of electric hoists type PT PHOLGOR is available
The handling actions must take place in conditions of proven efficiency. It is necessary to respect the limits of use of the structure and limit oneself to the permitted use.
In the attached sheet you will find the diagram of the counter-brackets for pillars for column-mounted cranes.
The Saporiti crane is designed and manufactured in compliance with the Community Machinery Directive No. 2006/42/EC (in Italy Legislative Decree No. 17/2010)
The cranes are equipped with CE marking, CE declaration of conformity or Manufacturer's Declaration. Test certificate/Suitability for use, Instruction manual for use.
