The Sottozero Orio HV high-visibility trousers (Code AV750) are multi-pocket technical garments certified as Category 2 PPE in compliance with the EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2024 (Class 2) standard for visual signalling of the operator in day and night work contexts. Made from ergonomic 100% polyester elastomer fabric of 240 g/m² with 4-Way Stretch technology, they combine high mechanical resistance with superior multidirectional flexibility.

High Visibility Class 2 (EN ISO 20471): equipped with highly efficient retroreflective bands for maximum visibility on construction sites and on the road.
Combinable for Class 3: when combined with the Malpensa AV700 high visibility jacket, the whole set achieves Class 3 certification.
Polyester Elastomer fabric (240 g/m²): quick-drying 4-Way Stretch two-way elasticity that follows every bend of the leg.
UPF > 50 Sun Protection and Maximum Breathability (RET 0-6): UNI EN 13758-1:2007 certified against UV rays and extremely breathable according to UNI EN ISO 11092:2014.

Designed by Sottozero (Socim SpA) for road construction sites, logistics, and operations in low-light conditions, the Orio HV AV750 trousers offer the perfect combination of certified safety, sun protection, and extended wear comfort. The elastane polyester fabric construction guarantees durability up to 25 washes while maintaining its reflective and color-fast properties.

Performance of Elastomeric Polyester Fabric

4-Way Stretch Multidirectional Elasticity: Allows for wide flexibility in movement, reducing physical strain during lifting and bending on construction sites.
Excellent UV protection (UPF > 50): In compliance with the UNI EN 13758-1:2007 standard, the fabric blocks over 97.5% of harmful ultraviolet radiation during outdoor work.
Certified Breathability (RET 0 - 6): Tested according to the UNI EN ISO 11092:2014 standard (with an average RET value of 4.03), it quickly disperses body heat, keeping the skin cool.

Pockets and Ergonomics Equipment

Closure and Adjustment: Central zip and button fastening, belt loops and shaped elastic positioned on the back of the waist.
Multi-pocket configuration: Equipped with 2 large bellows pockets on the legs with Velcro closing flap, 1 back pocket with flap and Velcro and 1 additional open back pocket.
