JIB CRANE FIXED TO A COLUMN WITH AN ARM IN A TIE BEAM

Crane type: jib. It is a beam that is hinged on a vertical support, using pins on bearings that allow rotation. The translation unit to which the lifting unit is connected runs on the horizontal beam, which functions as a runway.

Fixing: column. The structure is simple, but very functional. The column is made of profiled steel. The column is laid by anchoring a thick plate to the foundation plate using special foundation cages with threaded rods, suitable for each type of column. THE FOUNDATION BASE AND THE BOLTS ARE FOR SALE SEPARATELY.

Arm: in tie beam. An upper tie rod supports the arm. This solution makes the rotation "lighter" even if the capacity and outreach are increased. The work area served by the crane is delimited by the rotation radius of the arm. The rotation of the arm, therefore, takes place by pushing and covers an area of 270 degrees along the entire length of the arm. The arm is in normal profiled steel.

The connection between the arm and the column takes place via pins that rotate on bearings. Thanks to the adjustable braking device, the push rotation of the arm can be adjusted.

SAPORITI cranes are certified professional equipment, designed and manufactured in compliance with the Community Machinery Directive No. 2006/42/EC (in Italy Legislative Decree No. 17/2010). They are supplied after anti-rust painting and zinc chromate finish

The travel unit and the lifting unit are not included with the crane: therefore, the trolley and the hoist are not included in the delivery. The hoist can be purchased separately, the range of electric hoists type PT PHOLGOR is available
