Electric hoist with manually operated trolley. The trolley translates horizontally so as to move the load along the longitudinal axis of the sliding beam positioned at a height. The vt model has a double T sliding beam.
The hoist has a light alloy body. The gearbox housing is sealed in a grease bath. The reducer has heat treated steel gears. The gears run on ball bearings. The two-speed asynchronous three-phase electric motor is self-braking. The loading nut is made with honeycombs and is milled in steel.
The ring chain is made of high-strength steel, the anti-wear treatment has given it the surface hardness necessary to be extremely resistant. The chain collector consists of a soft plastic bag and is used to contain the inactive chain.
The hook is made of high resistance stamped steel. The lower hook is rotatable thanks to ball bearings. a safety carabiner against unhooking is provided. The load is perfectly handled and safe with a PHOLGOR vt electric chain hoist.
For maximum load safety, the hoist is equipped with a load limiter: a friction device that blocks movement if the permitted weight limit is exceeded. The lifting limit switch is also very practical, an electric device that limits the maximum up and down stroke.
The trolley has steel bearing plates equipped with two pins to support the wheels. Each plate has two cast iron wheels - these wheels, mechanically worked, are equipped with a guide edge and can rotate thanks to ball bearings.
Thanks to the adjustable tie rods, the connection of the bearing plates takes place according to the width of the flange of the sliding beam. The tie rods have washers, locking nuts and a safety device against unscrewing.
