Electric chain hoist type vt trolley with electric translation, three-phase power supply with two lifting speeds PHOLGOR .
The hoist has the CE marking, is supplied with the CE declaration of conformity or the manufacturer's declaration; Certificate of testing or suitability for use and instruction manual.
PHOLGOR hoists are manufactured in compliance with the Community Machinery Directive No. 2006/42/EC, the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC
The strengths of the PHOLGOR hoist are:
- power supply voltage 380/50 V/Hz IP 45 protection degree and "F" insulation class. the motor is asynchronous and self-braking with double polarity
- 48 V low voltage controls on pendant push-button panel, IP 55 protection degree and emergency stop button
- chain collector included: soft plastic bag to house the inactive chain
- friction load limiter which stops the movement in case of overload
- electric lifting limit switch which limits the maximum stroke both up and down
The vt hoist has a light alloy body with a grease bath closed reduction gear casing. The reducer has heat treated steel gears, rotatable thanks to ball bearings. The milled steel loading nut is made of honeycombs.

The trolley is equipped with steel cable bearing plates. Each plate has two studs to support the wheels. Two wheels are equipped with a ring gear. All the wheels are in mechanically machined cast iron. The wheels are equipped with a guide flange and rotate on ball bearings. The bearing plates need to be adjusted according to the width of the glide beam flange. This adjustment takes place via the adjustable tie rods, which are equipped with shimming washers, tightening nuts and the very important safety device against unscrewing.
The electric trolley has a motor with a self-braking speed. The translation reducer has heat treated steel gears and rotates on ball bearings.
The ring chain is very performing, in high resistance steel, further hardened by the anti-wear treatment.
The high-strength hook is made of pressed steel and has a safety snap hook against unhooking. The lower one rotates thanks to ball bearings
Chain hoists are intended only for the vertical lifting of loads free in space. The vt type chain hoist has an electric translation trolley. The trolley translates horizontally along the longitudinal axis of the double T beam. The sliding beam is positioned at a height.
