The Hexon M12 Toughshell Milwaukee M12 HJBL6-0 Heated Jacket is a premium professional thermal garment designed to withstand the harshest construction site conditions. Made from 437g/m² stretchy TOUGHSHELL fabric (90% polyester and 10% spandex), it features 5 heating zones (chest, back, and pockets) powered by the 12V M12 battery system.

The stretch fit ensures full freedom of movement during every phase of the work.

HEXON HEAT Technology and Advanced Zone Management

  • 5 Strategic Heating Zones: Advanced heating elements distribute heat evenly across the chest, back and inside the front pockets.
  • Dualzone Touch LED Switch: Allows you to independently adjust the temperature levels (High, Medium, Low) ensuring up to 12 hours of battery life with a 3.0 Ah M12 battery.
  • Weather Protection: TOUGHSHELL fabric is certified to block wind and rain, while keeping warmth in thanks to the adjustable drawcord waist and contoured cuffs.
  • Flexible Power Placement: Zippered battery pocket allows for front or rear battery placement. Works with all Milwaukee® M12 batteries and is also compatible with the IRPSU3 ultra-slim app-controlled power source.

Materials and Maintenance Instructions

The jacket is made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex (fabric weight 437 g/m²) with reinforced, tear-resistant seams. It is machine washable and tumble dryable (up to 60°C) after removing the battery pack and its connector.
