Automatic spring-loaded industrial cable reel with high watertight protection (IP65) with 8 m of H07 RN-F 3G2.5 mm² rubber cable and thermal protector Zeca Series 4000 Art. 4325 RNF IP65.

The Zeca Art. 4325 RNF IP65 industrial cable reel (belonging to the 4000 IP65 Series) combines the high conduction performance of the 2.5 mm² cross-section H07 RN-F neoprene rubber cable with IP65 watertight protection, allowing the management of high current flows in industrial environments, construction sites and workshops exposed to the open air, humidity and direct jets of water.

  • High Protection Rating IP65: The waterproof case guarantees complete sealing against the penetration of fine dust and direct jets of water.
  • 8 Meters of H07 RN-F Neoprene Rubber Cable (3G2.5 mm²): consisting of a total of 8 meters of three-wire cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² (7 m wound on a reel + 1 m of free section) with an external diameter of 11.5 mm and a maximum insulated voltage of up to 750V.
  • Electrical rating up to 2.5 kW with thermal circuit breaker: delivers a power of 1.9 kW (8.26 A) with the cable wound and 2.5 kW (10.86 A) with the cable fully unwound at 230V, equipped with a thermal circuit breaker to prevent overloads.
  • Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: high mechanical resistance plastic case with roller cable guide mouth and stop device that can be disengaged every 50 cm.

The Zeca Art. 4325 RNF IP65 automatic cable reel for industrial use represents the high-performance, maximum-tightness solution for power distribution in harsh operating environments. The combination of the highly flexible H07 RN-F neoprene rubber sheath and the IP65 watertight casing ensures maximum reliability even in the presence of oils, chemicals, abrasions, and atmospheric agents.

The internal conduction system uses the patented Zeca high insulation collector (2.5 kV) with sliding brushes and double earth contact The automatic spring-loaded retraction mechanism is supported by a rack-and-pinion stop (which can be disabled if continuous cable tension is desired). Operator and system safety is ensured by the integrated thermal protector, which interrupts power in the event of overheating.
