The Airtec Mod. 484 grinder-miller is a compact, easy-to-handle and ultra-light compressed air tool designed by Airtec Srl to carry out high-precision grinding, deburring, milling and finishing operations with rotary tools and milling cutters.

  • Ø 6 mm blade holder collet with Ø 3 mm adapter as standard: equipped with 6 mm main collet and supplied with adapter for the immediate use of cutters with 3 mm shank.
  • 0.20 kW 20,000 rpm pneumatic motor: develops a continuous power of 0.20 kW and a no-load rotation speed of 20,000 rpm at 6.2 bar pressure.
  • Ergonomic and Ultralight Design (only 0.62 kg): compact body just 170 mm long to ensure maximum guiding precision during detailed work.
  • Low Vibration Level (< 2.5 m/s²): optimal mechanical balance to minimize stress on the operator's hand.

The Airtec Mod. 484 compressed air grinder/miller (Code 13200000) is the ideal workshop tool for model makers, mold makers, carpenters, and craftsmen who require high speed and accuracy when deburring weld seams, finishing slots, and grinding complex seats. Its compact 170 mm design and low weight of 0.62 kg allow for pinpoint control of movement.

The tool operates at a recommended operating pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT threaded connection and a 10 mm internal diameter hose, recording an average air consumption of 12.5 litres per second.
