The Airtec Mod. 423 pneumatic belt grinder is a compact, easy-to-handle and lightweight compressed air tool, designed by Airtec Srl for precision filing, deburring and satin finishing operations on metal, wood and composite materials in tight spaces and difficult corners.

  • Ultralight and Balanced Design (only 0.90 kg): 323 mm long linear structure designed to guarantee high ergonomics and eliminate operator fatigue during prolonged use.
  • 0.37 kW 18,000 RPM Pneumatic Motor: Delivers a high no-load rotation speed of 18,000 RPM at 6.2 bar pressure for fast, clean removal.
  • Swivel Arm with Position Lock: allows you to tilt and lock the working head in the most convenient position to reach gaps and shaped profiles.
  • Swivel Joint and Rear Exhaust: equipped with a swivel air connection to prevent the hose from kinking and a rear exhaust conveyor that removes the air from the worked surface.
  • Included Equipment: Supplied as standard with two sanding belts (P80 grit and P120 grit) for immediate use.

The Airtec Mod. 423 narrow belt compressed air grinder (Code 13118000) is an indispensable professional tool in bodywork, metalwork, and carpentry for finishing internal weld seams, chamfering edges, eliminating cutting burrs, and smoothing contoured surfaces. Designed to use standard 10 x 330 mm abrasive belts, it stands out for its precision guidance and stable belt feed.

Powered by a 1/4" BSPT threaded connection and a 10mm internal diameter hose, the machine averages 11.2 litres of air per second. The guide arm's locking mechanism allows the tool's tilt to be adjusted to the desired working angle, ensuring maximum versatility on both metal and rigid plastics.
