Thanks to XD (eXtra Duty) technology, it offers an extremely high duty cycle for continuous work without interruptions. In this PACK version, the 500A power is combined with an external 4-roller wire feed unit and maximum operational flexibility: MIG-MAG, MMA (also pulsed), TIG DC-Lift and professional gouging, all in a single robust and dust-resistant system thanks to the dedicated ventilation tunnel.

The Supermig 600i XD PACK is a multi-process microprocessor inverter system designed for those who refuse to compromise between power and precision. XD Technology and OneTouch Control

eXtra Duty (XD): Designed to withstand intense and continuous workloads, ensuring superior reliability in industrial applications.
OneTouch Synergic Adjustment: Drastically simplifies setup. Simply set the material thickness and the machine automatically loads one of 40 preset synergic curves , managing the arc in real time.
Advanced Thermal Control (ATC): Telwin technology that facilitates welding on thin surfaces, reducing material deformations thanks to millimetric control of the heat input.

Multiprocessing Power and Advanced Features

External Wire Feed Unit: The system includes the 4-roller TS 550 wire feeder, ideal for ensuring smooth wire feeding even with long torches or when working far from the generator.
MMA Pulse and Gouging: The pulsed mode in MMA reduces spatter and improves arc control with basic electrodes [7]. The gouging function with carbon electrodes allows for rapid metal removal.
Built-in Safety: Equipped with VRD device for safe working in humid environments and complete protections against overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent.
