Proxxon Super-Cut blades are the essential accessory for professional model making and fine mechanics. Made from special hardened steel , they offer consistent sharpness and optimal flexibility for tight radius cuts. All blades are 130 mm long and are supplied without a pin , ideal for clamping.

  • Blades for Wood and Plastics (Standard Teeth):
    • Code 28116 (No. 9): 13 teeth on 25 mm (130x1.3x0.44 mm). For quick cuts and roughing.
    • Cod. 28117 (No. 5): 17 teeth on 25 mm (130x1.02x0.36 mm). Ideal for general use.
    • Cod. 28118 (No. 3): 19 teeth on 25 mm (130x0.85x0.32 mm). For clean cuts and defined edges.
  • Special Finishing Blades (Opposing Teeth):
    • Cod. 28119: 11 teeth on 25 mm (130x1.02x0.36 mm). Designed for hard and soft wood : prevents chipping on the underside of the workpiece.
  • Blades for Steel, Metals and Pertinax:

Using these blades on the Proxxon DS 230/E saw offers a unique advantage: thanks to the 3-height adjustable head (Proxxon Patent) , you can use the unworn teeth of the blade simply by lowering the head. This triples the operating life of the accessory. Furthermore, the head allows you to guide even blades shortened by 60 mm with extreme stability.

Technical note: Pack of 12. We recommend adjusting the stroke rate (150 - 2,500 rpm on the DS 230/E) according to the hardness of the material.
