In order to guarantee 100% the quality of our products, given the importance they cover in our daily life, we decided to start producing the FFP2s precisely to be able to control the entire manufacturing process, from the selection of materials, to production and testing of the finished product in the laboratories we collaborate with.

We buy all the materials of which the mask is made in Italy, carefully selecting them to support our internal production and the creation of new jobs. In this long journey we have developed very close collaborations with our suppliers to create the best possible product.

The elastics and fabrics we use are comfortable, soft and certified:

Mask structure
The mask is made up of 5 protective layers:

non-woven outer layer produced with spunbound technology, 50gr / m2. This layer has the function of conferring mechanical resistance to the mask;
two intermediate layers of filter produced with meltblown technology, 25gr / m2. These layers perform the filtering function;
a layer of spunlace to give softness and breathability;
internal layer in TNT produced with spunbond technology, 25gr / m2. This layer has a protective function for the face avoiding direct contact of the skin with the intermediate filtering layer;
latex free tubular rubber bands;
hypoallergenic plastic nose piece to allow you to better shape the mask by making it adhere
Instructions for Use
To be used to prevent and / or mitigate your own and others' contamination by atmospheric, microbial and bacterial agents. Sanitize your hands, gently open the mask and make it adhere to the face by adequately covering the nose and mouth, pull the rubber bands behind the ears and shape the nasal clip to the face. These masks are disposable and their use is recommended for no more than 8 consecutive hours.
