The DEMON s ESD by U-Power belong to the Red Industry line and are low safety footwear compliant with the EN ISO 20345:2022 standard, with a protection class of S1PS FO SR . They are specifically designed to offer maximum protection and superior comfort, especially in the warmer months, thanks to their exceptional breathability.

Technical Features and Innovations:

Airtoe Composite Toe Cap: These shoes feature a non-metallic Airtoe Composite toe cap that provides complete toe protection. It resists impacts (17.5 mm of impact clearance) and compression (22.5 mm of compression clearance), far exceeding the regulatory requirements of ≥14 mm.
Save & Flex Plus Anti-Perforation System: The Save & Flex Plus textile anti-perforation insole ensures total protection of the sole of the foot, with a puncture resistance ≥ 1100 N, making the shoe completely metal-free.
Breathable Upper and Lining: The upper is made of ultra-breathable nylon and soft suede, ideal for keeping feet cool. The WingTex air tunnel lining enhances breathability, with high water vapor permeability.
WOW2 Anti-Fatigue Insole: The removable WOW2 insole is designed with a self-modeling arch structure and an anti-fatigue insert, which dissipates body stress, improves balance and stability, and significantly increases the perception of well-being during the working day.
High-Performance Sole: The PU/PU sole has been developed to be abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, non-slip, and antistatic. Slip resistance (SR rating) significantly exceeds standards: on ceramic tiles with glycerin, it offers a coefficient of 0.22 (heel) and 0.26 (toe), compared to the required ≥0.19 and ≥0.22; on ceramic tiles with water+NaLS, it reaches 0.42 (heel) and 0.51 (toe), compared to the required ≥0.31 and ≥0.36.
ESD Properties: The footwear is antistatic (ESD), guaranteeing an electrical resistance category < 10^9 Ω, essential for environments where protection from electrostatic discharges is required.
Fit and Sizes: Designed with a Natural Confort 11 Mondopoint fit, they offer a wide range of sizes, fitting comfortably for both men and women.
