Zeca 672302C Dataflux Series 67 Cable Reel

The Dataflux 672302C Cable Reel , part of Zeca's 67 Series , is designed to meet the needs of transmitting large numbers of signals in complex and demanding industrial environments. This cable reel helps create a workspace optimized for safety and productivity, eliminating the dangers of cumbersome cables and reducing damage.

Main Technical Features:

  • Series: Dataflux Series 67.
  • Cable Composition: Cable with (23 x 0.25) conductors.
  • Cable Length: 6 meters, with 2 meters of input cable.
  • Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable is sheathed with a highly flexible PUR/TPE compound that is resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants. It is free of silicone, halogens (compliant with EN 50267-2-1), and lead (compliant with 2011/65/EU ROHS-II). The conductors are bundled and stranded with short pitches, optimized for excellent torsional strength, ideal for dynamic installation.
  • Degree of Protection (IP): IP65 , which ensures complete protection against dust ingress and against powerful jets of water from any direction.
  • Dataflux Collector: Equipped with a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A, and a maximum voltage of 48V. The gold alloy rings and brushes ensure extremely high reliability and durability with very low friction. The dielectric strength is 500 VAC at 60 Hz, the insulation resistance is >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and the noise is less than 100 mΩ. 1 GHz bandwidth.
