The Dataflux 471102C Cable Reel , a member of Zeca's 47 Series , was developed for reliable signal transmission , particularly useful in environments requiring numerous conductors for complex operations. The cable reel actively contributes to a more organized and safe work environment, reducing clutter and potential cable damage.

• Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable is sheathed with a highly flexible PUR/TPE compound, resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants. It is free of silicone, halogens (compliant with EN 50267-2-1), and lead (compliant with 2011/65/EU ROHS-II). The conductors are bundled and stranded with short pitches, optimized for excellent torsional resistance, ideal for dynamic installations.
• Degree of Protection (IP): IP42 , offering protection against the entry of solid objects greater than 1 mm and against falling drops of water with a maximum inclination of 15°.
• Dataflux Collector: Includes a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A, and a maximum voltage of 48V. Gold alloy rings and brushes ensure extremely high reliability and durability with very low friction. The dielectric strength is 500 VAC at 60 Hz, the insulation resistance is >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and the noise is less than 100 mΩ. Bandwidth of 1 GHz.
