XTECNICA 190 TIG DC-LIFT VRD WELDING MACHINE 230V + ACC. TELWIN
TECHNICAL WELDING MACHINE 190 TIG DC-LIFT VRD 230V + ACC.
Telwin Tecnica 190 inverter welder with MMA accessories
MMA and TIG (LIFT ignition) inverter welder with direct current (DC). It is lightweight, compact, and easy to handle, and ensures high welding current stability even with voltage fluctuations. The welder has a maximum power of 170A and is equipped with various safety systems such as thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and motor generator protection (±15%).
This welder can work with various types of materials, including steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel, and their alloys. It features a VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) system that reduces the output voltage to a safe level when the welder is on, but not during welding. This ensures the operator's safety, as it can safely come into contact with the electrode until welding resumes (a useful feature when using the welder in humid environments such as mines, shipyards, etc.). It features an LCD display for viewing the welding current. It is equipped with Hot Start and Arc Force controls that provide better arc ignition and weld seam control and can be adjusted during MMA operations. These systems are very useful for the operator during the welding process.
The MMA-supported electrodes are rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron and range from Ø1.6 to 4mm. The welder has a power range of 10 to 170A, while the duty cycle at 20°C is 88% at 150A and the duty cycle at 40°C is 20% at 160A. The absorbed power is 4.4kW, while at 60% it is 2.6kW. The product can be connected to a generator; however, its minimum power must be 6kW for proper operation.
Equipped with an on/off switch, a handle for easy transport, male/female brass sockets, and a voltage regulator to set the optimal welding level for the electrode being used, as different electrode sizes require different voltages. Finally, it features two indicator lights that indicate the welder's operating status and the maximum temperature reached.
Sometimes the time required to weld a particular piece exceeds the machine's capacity. In this case, the welder will lock out when it reaches its limit. Once it has cooled and reached the optimal temperature again, the user can resume welding. It's important to leave the welder on even when it's in lockout mode and cooling down on its own.
The weight is 9.4kg while the dimensions are 380x420x170mm.
