Manual calender model RBM 305 code 3780112 METALLKRAFT
A machine highly appreciated for its linear construction, it is a simple and very solid machine.
This bender has 3 rollers and is perfect for making round parts such as tubes and cylinders.
The rollers are made of steel; the upper roller can be rotated to facilitate workpiece extraction. The rollers are assembled asymmetrically for a very specific reason: this arrangement facilitates pre-bending. Furthermore, between the lower roller and the rear roller, there is a groove that allows for the insertion of the wire. The rear roller has a setting screw that allows it to be adjusted independently of the other rollers. This feature also allows the machine to be used for conical bending.
The machine is as simple to use as its appearance suggests: the roller is manually operated with a crank. The gear is perfect for applying filigree because it's easy to handle and has a thin shaft. Lubrication is provided by dedicated nozzles.
