The 8900 series of professional Zeca hose reels is designed to serve industries and large workshops. The 8900 hose reels are designed for industrial use and can accommodate very long hose reels or large diameter hoses. For ease of use, the hose guide features rollers and the joint rotates without constriction.
To better withstand heavy use, the hose reel has been made with high quality materials:
aluminum and steel with epoxy coating for the structure
aluminum for the flange for lateral fixing
brass/stainless steel for the swivel joint
spring steel
The hose reel is equipped with an integrated locking device, which must be inserted during the first installation because it is not inserted in the delivery.
The hose reel features steel springs, which are ideal for ensuring optimal traction on the hose. In addition to making the work easier, steel springs are high-performance and long-lasting.
