The 8400 Zeca hose reel series serves a truly wide range of fluids. The fields of application for 8400 series hose reels are truly diverse: refueling, aviation, military, marine, mining, construction, agriculture, chemical, auto repair, industry, car washes, industrial cleaning, food processing, and large kitchens. For each type of fluid, Zeca offers a specific 8400 hose reel, designed to optimize the passage of the fluid itself. Hose reels differ by hose type, inlet and outlet connections, and above all by the type of fluid, pressure, and operating temperature they support.
With the 8400 series hose reels you can transport air, high pressure water, hot water, oil, diesel, Ad Blue. Some models comply with Directive 2014/34/EU II 2GD c IIB T4/T135°CX. Type Examination Certificate Number IMQ 14 ATEX 009 X. Compliant with the EN 13463-1:2009; EN 13463-5:2011 standards. You can recognize them by the yellow hexagonal label with the Ex acronym inside.

The 8400 hose reels are technically advanced and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. A small but useful detail will improve your hose reel operation and your entire workday: the Zeca automatic hose stop system allows you to keep the hose at the desired length. The hose stopper is removable, as needed.
The roller mouth can be positioned in various configurations, facilitating both infeed and outfeed movement: you'll never be hindered either during unwinding or rewinding. The hose stopper is also adjustable. The 8400 hose reel offers numerous options for customizing and adapting its use to the specific needs of your workshop. The rewind spring is made with Maximo Process technology.
The hose reel mounting brackets are made of epoxy powder-coated steel, making them much more durable. They can also be adjusted to suit any installation. The joint is standard. The outlet fitting is made of brass/steel, and the screws are made of real steel.
