Automatic spring-loaded industrial cable reel with 10 m of highly flexible H07 RN-F 3G1.5 mm² rubber cable and thermal protector Zeca Series 4000 Art. 4315 RNF.

The Zeca Art. 4315 RNF industrial cable reel (belonging to the 4000 Industrial Series) is the professional version equipped with an oil- and wear-resistant H07 RN-F neoprene rubber cable, designed for the safe distribution of electrical energy in workshops, construction sites and industrial environments exposed to mechanical stress.

  • 10 metres of H07 RN-F Neoprene Rubber Cable (3G1.5 mm²): flexible and highly resistant three-wire cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² (9 m wound on a reel + 1 m of free section) with an external diameter of 9.5 mm and a maximum insulated voltage of up to 750V.
  • Electrical rating up to 1.8 kW with thermal circuit breaker: delivers a power of 1.2 kW (5.21 A) with the cable wound and 1.8 kW (7.82 A) with the cable fully unwound at 230V, equipped with an integrated thermal protector against overloads.
  • Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: high mechanical resistance plastic case with roller cable guide mouth and stop device that can be disengaged every 50 cm.
  • IP42 Protection Rating and 2.5 kV Insulation: patented Zeca collector with sliding brushes and double earth contact for optimal conduction continuity.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Industrial Cable Reel Art. 4315 RNF

The Zeca Art. 4315 RNF automatic cable reel is the ideal solution for those requiring an industrial retractable extension cord with a neoprene rubber cable highly resistant to oils, hydrocarbons, and mechanical abrasion. Developed on the proven chassis of the 4000 Zeca Series, it guarantees maximum efficiency and protection of internal electrical contacts.

Compared to PVC versions, the H07 RN-F rubber sheath ensures flexibility and superior electrical insulation (max 750V). The internal spring-loaded retraction system is supported by a roller cable guide and a rack-type cable arrester, which can be disengaged if continuous cable tension is required. The built-in thermal circuit breaker ensures system and user protection by interrupting the power supply in the event of overheating.
