With an internal volume of 220 liters , this booth allows you to easily work on components that would otherwise be out of space in more compact models, while maintaining a dust-free work environment thanks to the effective sealing system.

Technical and Functional Features

• Large Work Area: The 840x550x360 mm internal space, supported by a sturdy support surface , allows you to place heavy and complex pieces in total stability.
• Suction and Exhaust System: The cabin is equipped with an exhaust with filter and set up with 3 outlets for connection to the extractor (two ø 92 mm and one ø 64 mm), ensuring the constant removal of fine dust.
• Optimal Visibility: The lid integrates a safety window protected by interchangeable films, illuminated by a 12V lamp with an external switch, for total control over the sandblasting process.
• Abrasive Management: The lower drain plug allows for quick replacement of the abrasive material (quartz, glass or plastic microspheres), optimizing machine downtime.

Versatility of Use

The SSK 2 is compatible with abrasive cores ranging from 40 to 120 mesh. It is the ideal tool for preparing metals before painting or for the functional recovery of oxidized mechanical parts.
