The wood-fired Model BTS 150 combined belt and disc sander (Code 5904150) is the ideal tool for the advanced craftsman and hobbyist who requires a flawless finish on a variety of materials and shapes. Featuring a sturdy gray cast iron structure to cancel vibrations, it offers a belt that tilts from 0° to 90° (for use horizontally or vertically) and a work surface that tilts up to 45° with a graduated scale. Thanks to the quick-release belt system and integrated vacuum nozzle, it ensures a clean work environment and immediate maintenance without the use of tools.

  • Robust Mechanics: The grey cast iron base gives the machine greater sturdiness than lightweight models, ensuring consistent sanding trajectories and reducing mechanical wear over time.
  • Tool-Free Setup: Sanding belt changes are accomplished via a quick-release tensioner lever, eliminating the need for wrenches or additional tools and speeding up grit changes.
  • Angle Precision: The aluminum worktop is supported on both sides for greater stability while using the disc. It tilts from 0° to 45°, and adjustment is made easy by an easy-to-read graduated scale.
