VACUUM RADIATOR FILL model 417 Zeca

In just one minute, you can fill the radiator and cooling system of trucks and cars without creating air bubbles thanks to the vacuum created by compressed air. The operation is quick and safe for the vehicle: in just one minute, the radiator will be completely filled, you won't need to start the vehicle multiple times, and you'll never risk overheating the vehicle due to an incompletely filled radiator.

To fit various radiators, the radiator filler comes with 3 cones. Read the operating instructions below.

Operation of the 417 Zeca radiator filler

1. The tool works with the radiator empty, so the first thing to do is to empty it
2. To avoid bottlenecks, turn the heating on to maximum.
3. Connect the compressed air network to the generator (6 - 10bar)
4. Open the tap and check that it is working properly: A suction B drain
5. Pay attention to the exhaust: avoid blockages to avoid damaging the vehicle
6. Apply the rubber cone between the measuring group and the radiator to be filled
7. Connect the vacuum generator and open both taps. Check the vacuum value on the vacuum gauge; you must obtain a stabilized needle in the green zone.
8. Close both taps and disconnect the vacuum generator. In fifteen seconds, you'll know if the system is leak-proof; the needle should remain still. Now you can proceed with filling. The vacuum can crush the rubber sleeves.
9. Now you have to introduce the suction pipe into the coolant and connect it to the measuring group
10. Now open the tap, and in a few seconds the radiator will be filled. You can see this from the vacuum gauge that reads "0."
