What is DinamiScrew

Dinamitek supplies ‘smart’ fastening systems that utilise different types of screwdrivers depending on specific production requirements. These systems ensure that every stage of the process is safe, certified and fully traceable.

How it works: Sequence and Tightening Torque Control

DinamiScrew systems are extremely flexible: they can be configured to perform different sequences of operations and different types of tightening, set according to the programmed settings.

Strict control is exercised over both the sequence and the tightening torque. Should the operator make a mistake, the system intervenes immediately, halting the operation and requiring them to repeat the procedure from the start.

Only once the entire procedure has been completed correctly will the system certify that the job has been successfully completed.

Reporting and Traceability

At the end of each procedure, DinamiScrew generates a detailed report containing key data for monitoring. The report shows:

• Operator’s name
• Date, time and shift
• Equipment serial number
