Collection Process and Reporting

How does the collection process work?

1. The user selects the product and inserts their identification card.
2. The machine reads the code.
3. The software records the time, date, user ID and selected product.
4. The goods are dispensed and the data is stored.

DinamiService provides detailed reports for every single dispensing transaction.
