What's inside the ozonator?

How to use the ozonator?

Step 1: 03 emission controlled by saturation sensor

The saturation sensor allows the machine to automatically decide when the amount of ozone produced is sufficient to sanitize the affected area. The machine calculates the exact number of ppm of O3 needed for proper sanitization. Therefore, the Fasano Tools ozonator does not need to be set.

Step 2: Controlled maintenance

Once the right ozone concentration is reached, the machine maintains it stable for long enough to achieve perfect sanitization. Performing a manual calculation carries the risk of error; the machine's automatic operation ensures this. According to ministerial guidelines, 4.1 ppm of ozone inhibits viruses; if the ambient ozone concentration drops below this threshold, the machine restarts O3 production.

Step 3: Automatic reconversion 03 - 02

The Fasano Tools ozonator software, after establishing the right ozone saturation for sanitizing the room, starts the reverse process: re-oxygenation. The O3 is converted back into O2, quickly returning the environment to a safe and habitable state free of viruses and bacteria. Ozone naturally reverts to oxygen.
