HOW DOES INDUCTION HEATING WORK?


This precision electronic instrument consists of a radio frequency generator that converts electrical current from the mains into high-frequency alternating current. Simply put, the electrical current is converted into heat as it passes through the copper tube that forms the inductor. Using this technique, the heat is directed directly into the workpiece without any dispersion to the outside. This feature is particularly advantageous and ensures high efficiency.

HOW TO USE AN INDUCER?


Here's how to use an inductor: the component to be heated is placed inside the inductor or simply placed next to it. There must be no contact between the component to be heated and the copper tube that forms the inductor. Therefore, it's important to remember that the metal coil can only act on a single element and not on plates or walls.
The inductor can reach temperatures between 600/700°C in just under two minutes, which allows it to loosen even large diameter bolts (up to 40mm).
The inductor works on metals and metallic materials, such as brass, steel, aluminum and copper.

The flameless inductor heats quickly and precisely. A single person can operate this tool independently, without the need for a colleague, and without risk. Using this device saves time and improves safety.
