The basic equipment of the FG 215 tester includes

1. pressure sensor 0-80 bar
2. 12V battery connection terminals
3. fittings and hose kit for petrol systems
4. Pipe for Diesel system connections

The tool has a 1% FS accuracy. The large, backlit display makes measurement operations easy. A large 4.3" touchscreen and a simple, intuitive graphic interface allow anyone to perform vehicle diagnostics without any problems. And when we say anyone, we don't exclude anyone: the software is available in 7 languages , making it universal.

Using it is very simple:

First, disconnect the vehicle's battery . Now remove the injectors and/or glow plugs . You can now connect the tester; you have a full set of connectors and adapters at your disposal. Now all you have to do is use the tester , following the very intuitive graphical interface.
First, the tester needs to be set up : choose the language you want to use (you have 7 available), choose whether to use BAR or PSI as the unit of measurement, and finally, set the pressure threshold in bar to the instrument. These operations will only take a handful of seconds .

With the tester ready and connected to the vehicle, all you have to do is perform the diagnosis : compression tests on each piston; battery voltage tests; and alternator testing. The tool assists you in the various operations by indicating how to perform the tests (for the alternator test, for example, it tells you how many RPMs to rev the vehicle's engine to).

Now that you've tested the car , connect the tester to your PC to download the recorded data. The data recorded by the FG 215 is entered directly into the customer file. This allows you to track the progress of the various measurements over time and immediately receive a report to send to the customer.
