COLUMN-MOUNTED JIB CRANE WITH CHANNEL ARM
A solution characterized by simplicity and cost savings. The travel unit, the trolley, slides inside the press-formed "channel" profile. This very fluid movement is undoubtedly the most appreciated feature of the channel version: remarkable slewing sensitivity and a smooth hoist trolley. The channel column crane must be supported by a tie rod.
The basic principle of the jib crane remains unchanged: a beam hinged to a rotating column. The column is anchored to the pavement using the FOUNDATION BASE AND ANCHOR BOLTS (sold separately). This column-mounted crane consists of a section steel column and a standard steel section arm. Pins connect the arm to the column. The pins rotate on bearings. A specific feature of the SAPORITI column-mounted jib crane with a channel arm is the adjustable braking device, which allows for the adjustment of the thrust and rotation of the arm, which covers a 270-degree range along the entire length of the arm itself. The translation unit, to which the lifting unit is connected, slides along the beam. The crane therefore has three movements: lifting, translation, and rotation.
The duct crane comes with a push-pull hoist trolley. The hoist can be purchased separately. The PT PHOLGOR range of electric hoists is also available.
Observe the operating limits and instructions for use in the instruction manual. The SAPORITI crane is a certified professional piece of equipment, bearing the CE marking, the CE declaration of conformity, or the Manufacturer's Declaration, and the Test Certificate/Suitability for Use. It is manufactured in compliance with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (in Italy, Legislative Decree 17/2010).
To support the column, a thick plate is anchored to the foundation plate using fixing holes and special foundation cages with threaded tie rods suitable for each type of column.

The Saporiti column crane is delivered after being painted with a layer of anti-rust paint and a coat of zinc chromate for finishing.
