COLUMN JIB CRANE IN TIRANTATA BEAM 3 m HIGH AS CARLO SAPORITI
JIB CRANE FIXED TO A COLUMN WITH AN ARM IN A TIE BEAM
The jib crane is a type of crane where a simple beam is hinged to a column. This type of structure allows the rotation of the beam. The translation unit (trolley) to which the lifting unit (hoist) is connected is located on the beam, the runway of the structure. This structure is indispensable for handling heavy material.
The installation of the crane is important: the column is fixed to the floor by means of a very thick plate connected to the foundation plate (by means of fixing holes). The foundation cages with threaded rods ensure maximum stability to the structure. THE FOUNDATION BASE AND BOLTS ARE FOR SALE SEPARATELY, the product sheet is available under accessories.
The SAPORTI column crane has the column in profiled steel and the arm in normal profiled steel. The pins connecting the arm and the column rotate on bearings. The push rotation of the arm is adjustable thanks to the adjustable braking device and covers an area of 270 degrees along the entire length of the arm.
The column mounted beam crane has the beam arm supported by a tie rod. This solution provides the structure with lightness of rotation even in combination with a considerable capacity and outreach. It is a simple but extremely functional structure.
The essential elements of the tie-beam structure are: the trolley runway and the upper tie-rod which connects to a vertical rotation pin. These elements lead to 3 movements: lifting, trolley translation and arm rotation. The structure is installed with the aim of serving a single workstation. Operation is therefore intuitive. Vertical lifting is done by the crane via the hook of the lifting unit (hoist). Once the lifting is complete, translation is carried out along the radial axis of rotation of the arm.
It is recommended to comply with the appropriate use of the equipment and to respect the limits of use of the same to safeguard the operators and the handled load.
The Saporiti pillar crane is painted with a layer of anti-rust paint a zinc chromate finish. This treatment guarantees resistance to external agents.
The travel unit and the lifting unit are not included with the crane: therefore, the trolley and the hoist are not included in the delivery. The hoist can be purchased separately, the range of electric hoists type PT PHOLGOR is available
REGULATIONS: SAPORITI equipment is professional and certified, designed and manufactured in compliance with the Community Machinery Directive No. 2006/42/EC (in Italy Legislative Decree No. 17/2010). The cranes are equipped with CE marking, CE declaration of conformity or Manufacturer's Declaration. Test certificate/Suitability for use, Instruction manual for use.
