Large capacity solution for load handling. The cantilever arm maximizes hook travel and optimizes headroom, allowing for more vertical hook travel.
The jib crane consists of a simple horizontal beam in normal profiled steel, runway of the translation unit, hinged to a column in profiled steel with pins that rotate on bearings, so as to allow rotation. Ultimately the cantilever beam is a horizontal beam constrained at only one end. The rotation of the arm occurs by pushing and covers an area of 270 degrees along the entire length of the arm.
The jib crane has 3 movements: lifting, trolley translation, arm rotation and is dedicated to serving a single workstation. Operation is intuitive. The crane, through the hook of the lifting unit (hoist), lifts the load vertically, this is translated along the radial axis of rotation of the arm. The controlled work area, therefore, is delimited by the rotation radius of the arm.
The specificity of the column crane is its installation: the column is fixed to the floor by means of a very thick plate anchored to the foundation plate with special foundation cages with threaded rods, suitable for each type of column.

The crane is delivered after an anti-rust painting treatment finished with a zinc chromate layer.
