Fixing: the profiled steel column is fixed to the floor by means of a very thick plate connected to the foundation plate by means of fixing holes. The special foundation cages are equipped with threaded tie rods, suitable for any type of column.

The jib crane with beam arm is a solution that offers greater capacity, suitable for applications where it is necessary to move very heavy loads. The cantilever is a horizontal beam supported at one end only. The connection between the arm in normal steel section and the column takes place via pins that rotate on bearings. Thanks to the adjustable braking device, the push rotation of the arm can be adjusted. The rotation of the arm covers an area of 270 degrees along the entire length of the arm. The cantilever version, without tie rods, maximizes the distance between the hook and the floor, as well as optimizing the available height (greater vertical hook travel).
With three simple movements it is possible to move loads of considerable weight: lifting by means of the hook of the lifting unit (hoist), translation of the trolley along the radial axis of rotation of the arm and rotation of the arm limited to the radius of the arm itself. The covered service area is intended for a single workstation.
The limits of use are those indicated in the instruction manual, it is recommended to limit yourself to the permitted use.
