Electric chain hoist vt trolley type with electric translation, three-phase current supply at one lifting speed PHOLGOR
Supply voltage 380/50 V/Hz, low voltage controls 48 V as required by safety standards. The three-phase electric motor is asynchronous, self-braking with a single polarity.
The chain collector is included with the PHOLGOR hoist. It is a soft bag in plastic material which collects the inactive chain.
Electric chain hoists are intended only for the vertical lifting of loads free in space. Any use other than that indicated is under the responsibility of the user. The trolleys translate horizontally along the longitudinal axis of the double T type transport beam, positioned at a height.

Electric chain hoist with electrically operated trolley. The auxiliary controls are positioned on a low voltage pendant control panel equipped with an emergency stop button. The degree of protection of the push-button panel is IP55, while the degree of protection of the hoist is IP 45, class "F" insulation

The hoist is made of light alloy with a grease-bathed reducer casing, the reducer has heat-treated steel gears. These gears rotate on ball bearings. The milled steel loading nut is made with honeycombs. The chain is ring-shaped, made of high-strength steel. The surface is hardened by the anti-wear treatment. The hook, on the other hand, is made of pressed steel and is highly resistant. The lower one rotates thanks to ball bearings. The hook also has a safety carabiner against unhooking.
The load limiter is a really important safety device: thanks to a clutch device, the movement stops in the event of an overload. The lifting limit switch is also very useful, an electric device designed to limit the maximum stroke both up and down.
The trolley has steel bearing plates. Each plate has two pins to support the wheels. Each plate has two wheels. Two plates have a ring gear to facilitate movement. The wheels are made of cast iron and equipped with a guide edge and swivel thanks to ball bearings. The wheels are machined. The bearing plates are adjustable thanks to the tie rods so as to adapt to the width of the sliding beam flange. The tie rods have washers, tightening nuts and are equipped with a safety device against unscrewing.
The electric trolley is equipped with a one-speed self-braking motor. The translation reducer of the electric trolley has heat-treated steel gears, which also rotates thanks to ball bearings.
The hoist has the CE marking, is supplied with the CE declaration of conformity or the manufacturer's declaration; Certificate of testing or suitability for use and instruction manual.
