Versatility and Control for Mobile Cutting

The optimum S 100G model (Code 057OP0100) is a guided-feed band saw designed to simplify cutting operations on various types of metals. Its lightweight construction does not compromise the quality of the result: the three-point ball-bearing blade guide ensures smooth and stable movement of the band, reducing vibration and improving cutting precision.

Operational and Mechanical Features

  • Automation and Comfort: The machine is equipped with an automatic bow descent system via adjustable three-speed pressure, allowing the operator to set the job and let the saw complete the cut autonomously.
  • Precision Angle Cuts: The saw blade can be continuously adjusted from 0° to 45° . An easy-to-read graduated scale allows you to quickly set the desired angle.
  • Efficient Clamping: The quick-clamping vise ensures fast and secure clamping of the workpiece, increasing overall productivity.
  • Integrated Safety: It has a microswitch for automatic shutdown at the end of the cutting cycle.
