Designed by Airtec Srl to meet the needs of industrial model-making, jewelry-making, and mold-making departments, the Mod. 700 micro-grinder combines extremely high rotation speed with exceptional maneuverability. Its balanced pen-shaped structure minimizes operator fatigue.
Control and Operational Silence
- Flow Control Ring: Rotating the ring on the machine body allows you to calibrate the speed up to 54,000 rpm depending on the sensitivity of the piece.
- Conducted Air Exhaust: The rear silencer tube prevents the air exhaust from hitting the workpiece and reduces the sound pressure to only 84 dB(A).
Air Supply Specifications
The tool operates at a recommended pressure of 6.2 bar with an average air consumption of just 5 l/sec (300 l/min). It features a 1/4" NPT threaded connection and requires an air hose with a recommended internal diameter of 8 mm.
