Technical Features and Performance of the Sigill 60 ml Medium Block Threadlocker

Sigill Block Medio Medium Strength Threadlocker (Item No. 0005081 / FBM60) is a blue, one-component, anaerobic adhesive and sealant based on methacrylate ester. It is specifically formulated for locking and sealing threaded mechanical components subject to vibration and stress, providing a reliable hold while still allowing for subsequent disassembly using traditional workshop tools.

Its medium-viscosity, thixotropic formulation (500–800 mPa s) prevents the liquid from flowing during application. The product polymerizes rapidly in the absence of oxygen and on contact with metals, reaching handling time in approximately 15 minutes and fully functional hardening within 3–6 hours. It guarantees excellent thermal stability in the range from -50°C to +150°C and remarkable chemical resistance in contact with engine oil, water/glycol mixtures, brake fluid, and acetone. It meets DIN-54454 test standards.
