The Fervi E001 screw extractor series is the essential emergency kit in mechanical workshops, car repair shops and maintenance facilities for the quick and clean removal of broken or damaged-headed screws, studs and bolts.

Technical Features and Performance of the Fervi E001 Extractor Series

The Fervi Art. E001 series of extractors for damaged and broken screws is the ideal solution for loosening and extracting broken threaded components within the seat without damaging the main thread of the hole. Made entirely of heat-treated premium steel , the tools ensure high tenacity against torsional stresses during removal.

The operating principle is based on inserting the left-handed conical extractor into a pre-drilled hole in the broken screw: by rotating the tool counterclockwise, the conical helix wedges firmly into the body of the metal, allowing it to be definitively unscrewed. The assortment covers a wide range of applications on metric threads from M3 to M18 , divided into 5 size grades. The kit is contained in a practical, compact protective box (90 x 60 x 18 mm).
