The Zeca Art. 4908/327 cable reel with lamp (belonging to the 4000 Series) is a professional lighting and electrification system equipped with a safety transformer built into the reel drum. The transformer converts the 230V mains voltage to 24V safety low voltage to power the Model 327 COB LED portable lamp, ensuring maximum operator protection in compliance with workplace safety regulations.

  • Built-in Transformer (230V Power Supply - 24V Output): integrated directly into the body to supply low safety voltage (24V) to the portable lamp.
  • 15.5 metres of H05 RN-F rubber cable (2x1 mm²): consisting of 14 m of cable wound on an internal drum plus 1.5 m of input power section.
  • LED Inspection Lamp Model 327 (4W - 700 Lumen): ensures uniform and clear illumination of 1,000 Lux at 50 cm with a low consumption of just 4 W and a luminous flux of 700 Lumen.
  • IP55 / IP42 Protection Degree and IK07 Resistance: IP55 protected lamp against dust and splashes of water, IP42 winder housing and IK07 mechanical resistance to impacts.

The automatic cable reel with adjustable lamp Zeca Art. 4908/327 represents the maximum safety solution of the 4000 Zeca Series for inspection lighting in mechatronic workshops, maintenance pits and construction sites. The presence of the built-in transformer allows the reel to be connected directly to the normal 230V electrical network, supplying the lamp with an isolated low voltage 24V power supply.

The 4-watt Model 327 LED lamp offers a high light output of 700 lumens (1,000 lux at a distance of 50 cm) and features an ergonomic soft-touch handle, a protected switch, a replaceable transparent cover, and a retractable, swiveling hook for hands-free positioning. The automatic spring mechanism keeps the rubber cable taut and tidy.
