The Zeca Art. 4907/330 24V cable reel with lamp (belonging to the 4000 Series) is a professional self-retracting lighting and electrification system operating at safety low voltage (12-24V DC/AC). Consisting of a high-resistance reel drum with 15.5 metres of rubber cable (14 m on the reel + 1.5 m of free section) and an adjustable COB LED inspection lamp Model 330 with IP64 and IK09 protection, it is designed by Zeca SpA to guarantee the maximum level of operator protection in high-risk electrical environments.

  • 15.5 metres of H05 RN-F rubber cable (2x1 mm²): consisting of 14 m of cable wound on an internal drum plus 1.5 m of input power section.
  • COB LED Inspection Lamp Model 330 (4.5W - 500 Lumen): High energy efficiency COB LED source with wide light beam (120°), light output of 900 Lux at 50 cm and luminous flux of 500 Lumen.
  • Low Voltage Power Supply 12-24V DC/AC (Without Transformer): suitable for direct connection to 12V or 24V safety power lines in both direct and alternating current.
  • IP64 Protection and IK09 Impact Resistance: lamp body with very high IP64 sealing against dust and splashes of water, combined with high mechanical resistance IK09.

Technical Features and Performance of the Cable Reel with Lamp Zeca Art. 4907/330 24V

The automatic cable reel with adjustable lamp Zeca Art. 4907/330 24V is the low safety voltage variant of the Series 4000 line combined with the high-performance inspection lamp Model 330. Developed for mechanical workshops, mechatronics, maintenance pits and industrial environments where regulations require the use of very low safety voltage, it guarantees a protected, orderly and functional working environment.

The 4.5-watt COB LED lamp delivers 500 lumens with uniform illumination of 900 lux at a distance of 50 cm and a wide 120° beam angle. The ergonomic soft-touch handle houses the protected switch, while the lamp head features a retractable swivel hook for hands-free mounting. The transparent protective cap is easily replaceable with the dedicated spare part Art. 344/VY.
