Automatic spring-loaded industrial cable reel with high watertight protection (IP65) with 10 m of 3G2.5 mm² PVC cable and thermal protector Zeca Series 4000 Art. 4325 IP65.

The Zeca Art. 4325 IP65 industrial cable reel (belonging to the 4000 IP65 Series) is an automatically winding power supply device designed by Zeca SpA to guarantee high performance and maximum protection in industrial environments, construction sites and workshops subject to dust and water jets.

  • High Protection Rating IP65: The waterproof structure offers a complete hermetic seal against the penetration of dust and direct jets of water.
  • 10 Meters of PVC Cable (3G2.5 mm²): equipped with a total of 10 meters of 2.5 mm² three-wire cable (9 m wound on a reel + 1 m of power section).
  • Electrical rating up to 2.5 kW with thermal protector: delivers a maximum power of 1.9 kW with the cable wound and 2.5 kW with the cable fully unwound at 230V, with integrated thermal circuit breaker to protect against overloads.
  • Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: shockproof plastic body with roller cable guide mouth and stop device that can be disengaged every 50 cm.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Industrial Cable Reel Art. 4325 IP65

The Zeca Art. 4325 IP65 automatic cable reel for industrial use is the watertight and reliable solution of the 4000 Series designed for power distribution in demanding work environments. Thanks to the IP65 protection rating and the structural elements made of high-strength plastic, it guarantees continuous operation and superior protection of the internal electrical contacts.

The patented high-insulation (2.5 kV) collector uses a collector ring and brushes with sliding contacts and a double ground contact for flawless signal and power continuity. The rack-and-pinion stop device holds the cable at the desired length and can be easily disengaged if you prefer to keep the cable under constant tension. The built-in thermal circuit breaker interrupts power in the event of overheating due to overload.
