Automatic spring-operated industrial cable reel with high watertight protection (IP65) with 10 m of H07 RN-F 3G1.5 mm² rubber cable and thermal protector Zeca Series 4000 Art. 4315 RNF IP65.

The Zeca Art. 4315 RNF IP65 industrial cable reel (belonging to the 4000 IP65 Series) combines the performance of the H07 RN-F neoprene rubber cable with a high IP65 watertight seal, allowing electrical energy to be distributed safely in industrial environments, construction sites and workshops exposed to the open air, humidity and direct jets of water.

  • High Protection Rating IP65: the waterproof casing ensures complete isolation against the ingress of fine dust and direct jets of water.
  • 10 metres of H07 RN-F Neoprene Rubber Cable (3G1.5 mm²): consisting of a total of 10 metres of three-wire cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² (9 m wound on a reel + 1 m of free section) with an external diameter of 9.5 mm and a maximum voltage of up to 750V.
  • Electrical rating up to 1.8 kW with thermal circuit breaker: delivers a power of 1.2 kW (5.21 A) with the cable wound and 1.8 kW (7.82 A) with the cable fully unwound at 230V, with integrated thermal protector to prevent overloads.
  • Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: high mechanical resistance plastic body with roller cable guide mouth and stop device that can be disengaged every 50 cm.

The Zeca Art. 4315 RNF IP65 automatic cable reel for industrial use represents the ideal combination of chemical and mechanical resistance of the cable and environmental insulation of the enclosure. Designed by Zeca SpA, it is specifically designed for harsh operating environments where the presence of liquids, oils, or dust requires high safety standards.

The H07 RN-F neoprene rubber cable guarantees flexibility even at low temperatures and high abrasion tolerance. The internal contact system uses a patented collector with sliding brushes, 2.5 kV insulation, and double ground contact for smooth and safe conduction. The disengageable rack stop and the thermal safety circuit breaker complete the operational functions of the drum.
