The Zeca Art. 3527 manual cable reel (belonging to the 3500 Series) is a professional manually wound cable reel for high-power three-phase lines, designed by Zeca SpA with 30 metres of larger-section rubber electric cable (4G2.5 mm²), developed to guarantee maximum operational stability and resistance on construction sites, workshops and industrial environments.

  • 30 Meters of High-Section Three-Phase Rubber Cable (4G2.5 mm²): Equipped with 30 m of superior quality 4-conductor 2.5 mm² rubber cable, resistant to trampling, abrasion and low temperatures for flawless three-phase power supply.
  • Panel with 2 Three-Phase Industrial Sockets CEE 16A 3P+T 380V (Red): equipped with 2 red industrial sockets CEE 16A 3P+T and supplied complete with a CEE 16A 3P+T plug for the immediate connection of three-phase machinery.
  • High Power Up to 2.5 kW (2500 W) with Thermal Cut-Out: ensures an electrical output of 2,500 W and integrates an automatic thermal cut-out to protect against overloads.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Art. 3527

The Zeca Art. 3527 manually wound extension cable reel represents the top-of-the-range model of the 3500 Zeca Series for three-phase 380V/400V industrial electrification in harsh working conditions. Compared to the PVC versions, the Art. 3527 uses a special 30-meter, 4-conductor rubber cable (4G2.5 mm²), designed to resist mechanical wear, rubbing on abrasive surfaces, and the temperature changes typical of construction sites.

The combination of the high-section rubber conductor with the panel featuring two red 16A 3P+T CEE industrial sockets (380V/400V) and the 16A 3P+T CEE plug allows for the safe delivery of up to 2.5 kW continuous power to power welders, pressure washers, construction pumps, and power machinery. The sturdy metal structure includes a stove-enameled tubular steel stand, a mechanical locking brake, and a thermal circuit breaker to protect against overheating.
