The Zeca Art. 3525 manual cable reel (belonging to the 3500 Series) is a professional, enhanced manual winding drum for three-phase lines, equipped with 30 metres of high-section PVC cable (4G2.5 mm²), designed by Zeca SpA to ensure safe, stable and high-power 380V/400V power supply on construction sites, mechanical workshops and production departments.

  • 30 Meters of High Cross-Section Three-Phase Electrical Cable (4G2.5 mm²): Equipped with 30 m of 4-conductor 2.5 mm² cable to support high current absorption and reduce voltage drops under load.
  • High Power Up to 2.5 kW (2500 W): ensures an electrical output of 2,500 W both with the cable wound and with the cable fully unwound at 380V/400V.
  • Panel with 2 Three-Phase Industrial Sockets CEE 16A 3P+T 380V (Red): equipped with 2 red industrial sockets CEE 16A 3P+T and supplied complete with CEE 16A 3P+T plug for the direct connection of three-phase machinery and users.
  • Thermal Circuit Breaker and Galvanized Steel Structure: equipped with an automatic thermal circuit breaker, Ø 310 mm galvanized sheet metal containment flanges and a support stand in fire-painted steel tube.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Art. 3525

The Zeca Art. 3525 manually wound extension cable reel represents the top-of-the-range model in terms of power and three-phase capacity of the 3500 Zeca Series for 380V/400V industrial electrification. The combination of the 2.5 mm² (4G2.5 mm²) PVC cable with a larger cross-section, developed over 30 metres in length, combined with the panel with 2 red 16A 3P+T CEE industrial sockets and the 16A 3P+T CEE plug allows the safe supply of up to 2.5 kW of continuous power to power welders, pressure washers, core drills and construction site machinery.

The solid metal structure includes a support stand in fire-painted steel tube, an insulating internal body in plastic material and an integrated mechanical brake to block the rotation of the coil at the desired measurement. The built-in thermal circuit breaker ensures automatic circuit interruption in the event of overload or overheating of the conductor.
