The Zeca Art. 3523 manual cable reel (belonging to the 3500 Series) is a professional manually wound cable reel for three-phase lines, equipped with 25 metres of PVC cable and designed by Zeca SpA to power 380V/400V machinery and equipment on construction sites, mechanical workshops and production departments.

  • 25 Meters of 3-Phase PVC Power Cable (4G1.5mm²): Equipped with 25m of 4-core cable (4G1.5mm²) to ensure extended range and reliable 3-phase power supply.
  • Panel with 2 Three-Phase Industrial Sockets CEE 16A 3P+T 380V (Red): equipped with 2 red industrial sockets CEE 16A 3P+T and supplied complete with CEE 16A 3P+T plug for the direct connection of three-phase users.
  • High Power Up to 2.2 kW (2200 W): ensures an electrical output of 2,200 W with both the cable wound and the cable unwound.
  • Thermal Circuit Breaker and Galvanized Steel Structure: equipped with an automatic thermal circuit breaker, Ø 310 mm galvanized sheet metal containment flanges and a support stand in fire-painted steel tube.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Art. 3523

The Zeca Art. 3523 manually wound extension cable reel represents the ready-to-use three-phase solution of the 3500 Zeca Series for 380V/400V industrial electrification. The presence of the panel with 2 red CEE 16A 3P+T industrial sockets combined with 25 metres of three-phase PVC cable (4G1.5 mm²) and the supplied CEE 16A 3P+T plug allows for the direct connection of pumps, pressure washers, welders and construction site machinery.

The solid metal structure consists of a stove-enamelled steel tube support stand, an insulating plastic inner casing, and a built-in mechanical brake to lock the coil rotation at the desired position. The built-in thermal cutout ensures automatic circuit protection against overloads and overheating.
