The Zeca Art. 3515 manual cable reel (belonging to the 3500 Series) is a professional manually wound cable reel with 25 metres of high-section PVC cable (3G2.5 mm²), designed by Zeca SpA to ensure a safe, stable and high-power power supply for both civil and industrial equipment on construction sites and in the workshop.

  • 25 Meters of High-Section PVC Cable (3G2.5 mm²): Equipped with 25 m of 3G2.5 electrical cable to support high current absorption and reduce voltage drops.
  • High Power Up to 2.1 kW (2100 W): ensures a continuous electrical output of 2,100 W with both the cable wound and the cable unwound at 230V.
  • Combined Civil and Industrial Socket Panel: equipped with 2 universal 10/16 A 2P+T Schuko sockets and 1 CEE 16A 2P+T industrial socket (blue), with CEE 16A 2P+T plug included.
  • Thermal Circuit Breaker and Galvanized Steel Structure: equipped with an automatic thermal circuit breaker, Ø 310 mm galvanized sheet metal containment flanges and a support stand in fire-painted steel tube.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Art. 3515

The Zeca Art. 3515 manually wound extension cable reel represents the high-power and flexible solution of the 3500 Zeca Series for dynamic electrification on construction sites, workshops and industrial environments. The combination of the 2.5 mm² (3G2.5 mm²) PVC cable with the mixed socket panel (2 universal Schuko sockets and 1 single-phase 16A CEE socket) allows for the safe supply of up to 2.1 kW of continuous power.

The solid metal structure consists of a stove-enamelled steel tube support stand, an insulating plastic inner casing, and a built-in mechanical brake to stop the coil from rotating at the desired speed. The built-in thermal cutout automatically interrupts the circuit in the event of overload or conductor overheating.
