High capacity and extended extension manual cable reel with 40 m of 3G2.5 mm² cable, 4 universal Schuko sockets and thermal circuit breaker Zeca Series 3500 Art. 3511.

The Zeca Art. 3511 manual cable reel (belonging to the 3500 Series) is a professional manually wound cable reel that combines an extended range of action of 40 metres with a high-section PVC cable (3G2.5 mm²), designed by Zeca SpA to guarantee safe and stable electrical power supply over long distances on construction sites, workshops and industrial sectors.

  • 40 Meters of High Section PVC Cable (3G2.5 mm²): Equipped with 40 m of 3G2.5 electrical cable to reach distant work points while minimizing voltage drop under load.
  • High Power Up to 1.8 kW (1800 W): ensures an electrical output of 1,800 W both with the cable wound and with the cable fully unwound at 230V.
  • Panel with 4 Universal 10/16 A 2P+T Schuko Sockets: equipped with 4 universal Schuko sockets and supplied complete with a 16A 2P+T plug for connecting multiple high-power power tools.
  • Thermal Circuit Breaker and Galvanized Steel Structure: equipped with an automatic thermal circuit breaker, Ø 310 mm galvanized sheet metal containment flanges and a support stand in fire-painted steel tube.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Art. 3511

The Zeca Art. 3511 manually wound extension cable reel represents the top-of-the-range combination of the 3500 Zeca Series for those who require both high electrical capacity and extensive construction site coverage. The use of PVC cable with a larger cross-section of 2.5 mm² (3G2.5 mm²) developed over 40 metres of length allows for the powering of high-absorption machinery and equipment in complete safety.

The solid metal structure consists of a stove-enamelled steel tube support stand, an insulating plastic inner casing, and a built-in mechanical brake to lock the reel's rotation at the desired speed. The built-in thermal cutout automatically shuts off the circuit in the event of overload or cable overheating.
